What is on the list
- Lists providers whose Alaska Medicaid provider agreements were terminated for fraud.
- The PDF is reissued when the list changes, with the month in its file name.
- Coming off the list requires an approved reinstatement; an elapsed period is not enough.
How to check a name against it
- Open the current PDF from the Medicaid Program Integrity page.
- Search the document for the person’s or organization’s name.
- Treat a name match as a potential match until the identity is confirmed with the publisher, using identifiers such as NPI, license number, date of birth or address.
Check the federal lists too
A state list covers that state’s program. The federal LEIE and SAM.gov lists apply everywhere, so a complete check includes them.
Check names against every list at once
Exclia checks your employees, contractors and vendors against federal and state lists, keeps a dated record of every check, and flags potential matches for your review.
