What you can do
Potential-match alerts
An email names the record and links straight to the evidence. Alerts always reach at least one person in your organization, so a match cannot go unseen.
Monthly summary
After each monthly run, a summary of what was screened and what needs review.
Report ready
A note when your monthly audit report or an on-demand report is ready to download.
Per-person preferences
Each team member chooses which emails they receive, so compliance leads get alerts and executives get summaries.
How to use it

Invite your team
Add the people who review matches or need the monthly summary from the Members page.
- Step 2
Open Notifications
Each person opens the Notifications page in the app.
- Step 3
Choose what to receive
Switch each email type on or off. Changes apply from the next email.

Act from the email
An alert links straight to the review page for that match, where the evidence is waiting.
