Continuous exclusion monitoring
Monitor your workforce, contractors and vendors against federal and state exclusion lists every month, with each run pinned to the exact list versions it checked.
What you can do
A monthly run on your schedule
Pick the day of the month your screening runs. Every monitored record is checked against every list in one run, and the run is recorded with the list versions it used.
People and organizations
Monitor individuals by name, date of birth and NPI, and organizations by legal name and NPI. Label each record as an employee, contractor or vendor.
Re-screen on demand
Start a fresh screening of one record or of everything you monitor at any time — after an audit request, a policy change or a new list release.
Quiet when nothing changes
A pair you reviewed and recorded as not a match stays quiet in later runs. It comes back for a fresh decision only if the data behind it changes.
How to use it
- Step 1
Add the people and organizations you work with
Open Monitoring and add records one at a time, or import your whole staff list from a CSV file. A name or an NPI is enough to start.
- Step 2
Choose your monthly run day
In Settings, pick the day of the month the run happens. Owners can change it at any time; the next run follows the new day.
- Step 3
Let the run happen
On that day Exclia screens every monitored record against every list it covers and records which list versions were used.
- Step 4
Review anything that needs a person
A potential match lands in the review queue and the people you chose get an email. Everything else is recorded as clear for that run.
- Step 5
Keep the evidence
After the run, the monthly audit report is generated and added to your Reports archive, ready for a surveyor or auditor.
Questions
Every month, on the day of the month you choose in Settings. You can also re-screen one record or your whole list at any time.
Which records were screened, which lists were checked, the exact version of each list, when that version was retrieved, and the result for every record.
No. Once someone records a pair as not a match, it stays quiet in later runs. It returns to the queue only if the person’s details or the list record change.
