What you can do
Every source, named
Federal and state lists, each with its publisher, its update cadence and the list version currently in use.
Freshness you can check
When each list was last retrieved, so you can show an auditor how current the screening was on any given day.
Gaps stated plainly
Sources that are not screened are listed with the reason, rather than left implied.
Public and in-app
The same coverage is published on our public coverage page and inside the app, where you can print it or save it as a PDF.

In the app, open Coverage & freshness. Anyone can also read the public coverage page without signing in.

Check a source
Find the list, its version and when it was retrieved.
- Step 3
Print it for your file
Choose Print or save as PDF and keep it with your monthly report.
Questions
The live answer is on the coverage page, rendered from the same data the screening uses, so it is always current.
So you know exactly what a clear result covers, and can check anything else yourself. A gap you know about is one you can plan for.
