What you can do

Enter a full name, a legal name or an NPI. Add a date of birth for a person — it is usually what turns a list of close names into a short one.

Each result is either clear or a potential match that needs verification, with the fields that agree and differ shown side by side against the source record.
Recorded, not enrolled
Nothing is added to what you monitor every month. The check still leaves an audit log entry and a run record pinning the list versions it hit.

How to use it

Enter what you have
Start with the full name, suffix included, or an NPI. Add a date of birth or an NPI to narrow the result — the form shows what the check can use as you type.

Run the check
Press Screen (or ⌘↵). The answer comes back in the same request.

Read the result
A clear result lists every list and version screened. A potential match shows each record closest name first, with the fields to compare against the source.

Keep it or follow up
Export the result as a PDF, or choose Monitor monthly to be told when the lists change.

No. A one-off check is not added to monitoring. It only counts if you choose to start monitoring the subject afterwards.
The full name plus a date of birth for a person, or the legal name plus an NPI for an organization. Nearly every person on the lists has a published date of birth, while only about one record in ten carries an NPI.
Yes. It appears in your audit log with who ran it, when, and the exact list versions it was screened against.
