Bulk CSV import
Bring your whole workforce and vendor list into exclusion monitoring from one CSV file. Map your columns, preview every record, and nothing is created until you commit.
What you can do
Your file, your columns
Recognized columns are matched for you; map the rest or leave them out. A name split across several columns is joined in file order.
A preview before anything changes
See exactly what will be added, including the full name built from your mapped columns. Leaving at the preview changes nothing.
Validation and duplicate checks
Rows with problems are reported by row number, and records already in monitoring are recognized instead of added twice.
Screened straight away
Committed records are queued for screening immediately, so you do not wait for the next monthly run to see where they stand.
How to use it
- Step 1
Download the template
Open Monitoring → Import and download the CSV template, or start from the export of your HR or vendor system.
- Step 2
Upload the file
Choose your CSV and upload it. Nothing is created at this step.
- Step 3
Map your columns
Match each column to a field: name, category, other names, date of birth, NPI, license states, provider type, department tags or start date.
- Step 4
Preview
Check the records that will be added and fix anything in your file if a row looks wrong.
- Step 5
Commit
Commit the import. The records are added to monitoring and queued for screening, and the import is recorded in your audit log.
Questions
Name, category (employee, contractor or vendor), other names, date of birth, NPI, license states, provider type, department tags and start date. Only a name or an NPI is required.
Map each of them to Name. They are joined in the order they appear in the file, and the preview shows the result before you commit.
Nothing is created until you commit. After that, records can be archived or removed from monitoring individually, and every change stays in the audit log.
