What is on the list
- Searching Medicheck with blank fields returns the complete list.
- About 6,750 rows. Medicheck shows each provider’s full history, including actions that have ended.
- A past end date means that restriction ended; re-enrollment is a separate process.
- Federal exclusions are checked separately from Medicheck.
How to check a name against it
- Use the DHS Medicheck search (blank fields return everything) or its CSV download.
- Find every entry for the name and read the start and end dates of each action.
- Treat a name match as a potential match until the identity is confirmed with the publisher, using identifiers such as NPI, license number, date of birth or address.
Check the federal lists too
A state list covers that state’s program. The federal LEIE and SAM.gov lists apply everywhere, so a complete check includes them.
Check names against every list at once
Exclia checks your employees, contractors and vendors against federal and state lists, keeps a dated record of every check, and flags potential matches for your review.
