Run the new tool on the same roster before your current contract ends, so there is no month without a check. Compare the potential matches each produces and how long review takes.
Move the roster
Export everyone you monitor, people and organizations, with the identifiers you hold: NPI, date of birth, license number, address. The more identifiers you bring, the fewer potential matches you review.
Keep the history
Download every report and screening record from the old tool before access ends. They are your evidence for the months before the switch; the new tool’s record starts with its first run.
